At Worthly Picks, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
Important:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
